  • What is special about this Mentorship Membership?
    As a nurse, I have felt the missing gaps between wellness and comprehensive whole-person care. I clarified my vision through integrative training in transpersonal psychology, mindfulness training, and yoga therapy as a way to bridge that gap. I am motivated by witnessing clients’ healing journeys through empowerment, self-care and hope that is real and inspired by self-compassion. You are more than your perceived character flaws. Lifestyle therapy simply blends ancient tools of awareness and compassion with the modern tools of somatic therapy and stress management. This work is about healing and living the full breadth of your life.

    Classical yoga techniques, mindfulness practices, somatic therapy and elements of trauma-informed, contemporary body-mind psychology encourage self-agency, empowering you toward change.   • What is your Vision?
    My vision is to integrate yoga therapy, somatic therapy, healing touch, and trauma-informed wellness practices in underserved communities, particularly those touched by trauma, anxiety, depression, and life uncertainty. These evidence-based practices are essential components in an integrated health and wellness plan and should be accessible to all.
