We typically think of grace as defined in religious ways.
Perhaps as a merciful favor that may or may not be deserved.
Perhaps as a magical or divine intervention in hopeless circumstances.
However, grace may also be a remembering of who you are.
How? Why? Who am I really?
Grace can also have a therapeutic and transformational depth.
This comes through in our practices of self-awareness and compassion.
Rely on ways of thinning the veil between your limiting beliefs and your truth.
This is grace in action. This is connecting to faith in a more skillful way.
Instead of waiting for grace to be bestowed on you, you realize grace is already here.
