Labyrinth Mystique

Have you ever walked a labyrinth?

If not, have you ever seen one or know what it is?

If so, what was your experience?

The labyrinth balances the mind and calms the body.

Its circuitous path winds to the center and back out again.

This is in contrast to a maze because there are no dead ends in a labyrinth.

There is great mystery surrounding the history of labyrinths.

At 4000 years old, the oldest medieval design is found in Chartres Cathedral in France; 1200.

I invite you to experience the great meandering path of a labyrinth.

With its way of creating expectancy and insight, you may notice a deeper clarity and peace.

Stroll through a labyrinth and practice walking meditation.

Receive support and nourishment through the metaphor of change and return.

Be well and at ease in a world that needs your peacefulness.
