Problem Solving Isn't Enough

Ever wonder why you go down the same old roads?

Continue with the same habits and patterns?

Struggle with the same problems?

Thinking our way through life doesn't make everything better.

Problem solving and learning new ways of handling our lives is only the beginning.

We tend to ruminate endlessly when we forget to check in to our whole experience.

Tend to body. Tend to heart care. Tend to unspoken worries.

Being present to the hard challenges asks us to care.

It's the most obvious and skillful practice- when we remember.

And to help us remember, we come back to embodiment practices.

Simply standing in nature, bearing witness to what is in front of us.
