Whole Living

I have been working with inquiry. On many levels.

With winter. With quiet. With opening.

A recent teaching asks-

"What is transient? And what is eternal?"

This is a most poignant reflection.

Especially in the midst of day-to-day issues and trivialities.

What is most vital? What will I leave behind?

What do I need to know?

When the questions and challenges become deep and murky, ask yourself this.

What do I sense in these moments? How do I return to what will serve?

So much falls away when I allow space for perspective.

What is transient? What is eternal?

And how will answering this inform how I respond?
