Practicing gratitude is different than the occasional feeling of thankfulness.
Cultivating gratitude as a wellness practice is powerful medicine.
Once we begin to see our lives from a grateful perspective, our lives shift.
We are less stressed, more resilient, and more capable.
Our world is feeling shaky. We all sense deep change and uncertainty.
Never has this practice been so valid and important.
It may seem counterintuitive to practice gratitude when problems feel so pressing.
However, this is exactly the time to have a practical and directive practice.

There are many ways to practice.
The most inspirational nudge to practice is to connect it to your wishes for healing.
What do you want to experience and how do you want to feel?
What is important to you? What do you want to cultivate?
Where does your life need to shine a bit more?
Try gratitude to uplift and reimagine hope.
