How to Just Be

When you live your day-to-day life, what do you focus on?
Do you take breaks? Mini breaks? Or week long breaks?
How do you pause during your life?
How do you restructure when needed?
What guides your decision-making on how to live?
Is it vague? Strong? Goal oriented? Happiness oriented?
Family oriented? Spiritually aligned?
How do you orchestrate time to just be for awhile?

And how do you ask these questions with no judgment?
These questions take the "Who am I?" questions and shift them.
Smaller and more concrete questions help us to see through a different lens.
Your life is not a still life. It's a living, breathing process.
May you shift a little perspective and learn about your inner intentions.
May you reflect on the openings that allow you to be in the in between space.
The space of questioning without jumping to the answers too quickly.
What does it mean to live your life a little more slowly and finely tuned?
Perhaps with an open intentionality.
