Or perhaps you had one, but don't feel committed.

Or perhaps you don't know what all the hype is about.

Why meditate?

And how do I know if I'm doing it right?

And what is meditation anyway?

Meditation is like a riddle. It's a discipline. Without the fixing or changing.

No expectations.

Meditate for peace, clarity and calm.

Yet meditation doesn't necessarily give you peace, clarity and calm.

Meditation is hope.

It's about letting life be as it is.

And yes- from the spiritual, psychological, wellness worlds-

There is great benefit to meditation.

It is the sacred and wise way of being in this life.

Just sit. In whatever way allows you to practice staying.

Be present. And carry your practice into daily life.

As it is.
