Have you ever considered what you're made of?
What you're really made of?
What does body, mind, and soul actually mean?
And what about the loaded and overused spirit that comes into play?
How would you describe these concepts for yourself?
Does it help you to differentiate between what is seen and felt and intuited?
Who are you?
You are your body. You are your mind. You are your heart.
And you are none of those.
You are the awareness of these things.
You are the timeless wisdom underlying your life.
The soul is the seat of who you are.
The spirit is the timelessness of who you are.
And is this philosophical or is this spiritual?
Or is this the essence of humanity?
All of these questions give us another way to see our life's depths.
Another way to feel profound tenderness for our life's depths.
Another way to see the innocence of our life's depths.
Another way to hold the intense suffering of our life's depths.
Rest in the seat where the three converge. Where love lives. You can trust this.
