Gather in circles of meditation and prayer.

Hold your loved ones close.

Be vulnerable and tender and hold compassion fiercely.

Practice Metta.

Learn what you can do and how to show up in the life you have.

Who needs you?

What enlivens you?

In these strange, conflicted times, we need to stay close in.

To what matters. To the heart of our care and trust.

May all beings know peace.

May all beings live in harmony.

May all beings be free.
