Finding Grace

How do you make sense of day-to-day challenge?

Who do you call on when life gets in the way of living?

What is the most important thing to remember?

I find that having a touchstone is my most important remembrance.

Especially when I can't remember anything else.

When life gets messy, rude, and despair looms ahead.

My touchstone word is Grace.

It's the thing that I can't explain.

The mystery of why and how and who and what.

What helps you?

Do you have a touchstone word?

Finding practices that are practical, in the moment, and supportive are key to shifting pain.

Not running from the challenge. Not fixing. Not even understanding.

But listening to something luminous. Expansive. Receptive.

This is Grace.
