What does it mean to stick with it?

We create much of our lives.

And in a world that feels increasingly out of our control, this is important.

In a world of mindfulness, and staying present, it's also relevant to plan.

Setting intentions and goal-setting from those intentions is powerful.

And this helps us to stay present and focused.

We need direction. We need a way forward. We need hope.

All of these help us to connect to our "north star."

In this holiday season and a world of increasing chaos, we still have choice.

How do we want to feel? And what do we want to experience?

Check-in with what is deeply challenging in your life.

Check-in with what you truly want and where you want to be.

What does it mean to commit fully?

Consider your choices, your temperament, your energy.

What is needed and why?
